1.The vacuum membrane press system is covered by 3mm thickness silicone membrane with 700%elasticity.Can be using between -40℃-240℃.Maximum forming height could reach 500mm
2.JX-Avacuum membrane press is coming with dual platen heat oven.The oven has build-in stainless steel heating tubes and stone wool in sulation . The inner surface of the oven is made of high-quality aluminium alloy plate.Ensure fast and uniform heating.
3.Opening and closing of the oven is controlled by pneumatic actuator, very convenient and easy
4.The vacuum press table is made of 18mm HPL board fire-resisted laminate plate with grooves .Which ensure all-side air out put when you make vacuum press
